Jiiva will start working on Ahmed's film after he is done with his current projects, Gautham Menon's 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' and Mysskin's 'Mugamoodi'.

Ahmed is considering Trisha for the lead role opposite Jiiva. The director has met Trisha and discussed the project with her. The talks are continuing, he said.
Another leading producer also is keen to have this pair for his venture.
