"It's important to play yourself and look believable, otherwise, one gets stuck in the same routine. Acting needs to come from the heart," says Amy who is busy promoting Ekk Deewana Tha. She is also busy dodging rumours of dating her co-star. "We are just close friends. And yes, I am grateful to him for giving me my first film. He has helped me a lot in my debut and if I get a chance I would love to work with him again," says Amy.
Any plans of making it big in Hollywood as well and she says, "I like Indian cinema very much," says Amy. The model-turned actor brought in her New Year in Goa with close friends. "actually, I have never been to Goa and since I was away from family and friends, I decided to party there with some of my close friends. It was my first New Year's eve away from home".
